What are your check-in time and check-out time?
Check-in time is after 3 pm. Check-out time is before 11 am.

(We will charge additional fee for early check-in or late check-out.
We sometimes cannot accept early check-in and late check-out,please ask to reception if you need.)
Can we arrive on late night?
Please let us know in advance if you arrive at late night.
If there are no notice,we might cancel your reservation.
Our children are still small,so how does this change the room price?What ages or numbers are covered?
One pre-school child(under the age of 6)can stay in the same room with their parents at no extra charge.If your pre-school child needs extra beds,the adult price will apply.Over 6 years old children also will apply the same price with adult.
Can 3 adults saty in one room?
Please reserve a triple room. 2 adults maximum can stay in each twin rooms and double rooms.
Can we meet our friends at our hotel?
Rooms are only for our residents guests. You can have a chat or conference at our lounge(2nd floor).If you bring stranger to your room,we will charge you additional fee.
When do I have to pay my room charge? Which credit cards are accepted?
Please pay your room charge when you check in. You can pay by cash(Japanese yen only) or credit card. We accept the following cards.

Can I pay in advance?
You can pay in advance by bank transfer payment or pay at front desk. If you would like to pay in advance,please contact us directly.

《Online card payment policy》
We accepts VISA,Master,AMEX,JCB,DINERS.
The total amount of your reservation will be directly charged from your credit card at the time you complete the reservation.The credit card information that was previously registered as a payment method cannot be revised.
The payment amount will be charged to you account at the date decided by your credit company.
The cancellation fee will be determined based on the cancellation policy written on the hotel's reservation page.For cancellations in which the cancellation fee is applied,the total amount minus the cancellation fee will be refunded to your credit card.This process may take between 1-2 months to complete.We appreciate your understanding.
If you have any question,please ask your credit company.

If you pay your room charge by online card payment,you cannot change your booking details.Please make another reservation,then cancel the previous reservation.
Caution:If you cancel 2days before your check-in date,you would be charged cancellation fee.
Do you have curfew?
We dont't have curfew,but the entrance door are locked between 1:00am to 6:00am for security reason. If you come back after 1:00am,please call reception by intercom.
Do you have internet connection?
Residents guests can use free Wi-Fi at all area in our hotel.
We will provide you with a Wi-Fi password when you check in.Also we have some LAN cable for rent,but we don't have any laptop for rent.
How far ahead do you accept resrvation?
We accept reservations up to 6 months in advance
The official web site of the hotel can make a reservation 10 months ago.
How can we make reservation?
You can make your reservations on our website or accommodation booking sites.
Room is not available,can you put my name on the waiting lists?
We don't have waiting list.Please check website often,and try to make your reservation again.
What are your cancellation charges?(personal trip)
The following charges will apply if you cancel your reservations.
 ・Cancellation the day before arrival:20%
 ・Cancellation on the day of arrival:80%
Different cancellation charges may apply with some accommodation plans.
Please check your package plan for details.
Could you change our booking details or cancel our booking by e-mail?
We cannot change or cancel your booking by e-mail.
Please change or cancel your booking on each website which you made on.


Could you keep our luggage before our check-in or after check-out?
We can keep your luggage before your check-in & after your check-out,if you pick up on same day.
Can we send our luggage to your hotel?Could you receive our package instead of us?
If you send luggage/package to our hotel,please write your reservation name and check-in date on delivery label then please pay for it in advance.
We cannot pay instead of you. 
We can keep your luggage/package until your check-in but we cannot keep raw food and frozen/refrigerated food.
Can we send our luggage to our next hotel/Kyoto station?
Please order at reception,we can help you.

Do you have smoking area?
There is smoking area outside of the lounge on 2nd floor.
Can we rent some bicycle?
We have 2 bicycles for rent.【¥300(JPY):1 hour / maximum ¥1,500(JPY):1day】
You can use bicycles between 7am to 10pm.If you would like to rent,please order at reception.
We don't accept any reservation before your arrival.
Do you have spa or hot springs?
We have neither of spa and hot springs.
Do you have laundry machine?
We don't have laundry machine but we have laundry service
(We have the day when we cannot accept the laundry service.)
Are there vending machines and ice maker machines?
There is ice maker machine on 2nd floor but there is no vending machine.
You can find a convenience store near our hotel.
Are there safety box for valuable in each room?
There are no safety box in each room.But we can hold your valuables at reception.
We will travel by car/bicycle. Is there a parking lot?
There is no parking lot in our hotel.
If you would like to park your car/bicycle.
We will introduce where is coin-operated parking lot.


Are there any restaurant in your hotel?
There are no restaurant in our hotel.We serve only breakfast at the lounge(2nd floor).
Breakfast is only for reservation.If you need breakfast,please make your breakfast reservation by 9pm of the previous day.
(If breakfast reservation is full,we cannot accept your reservation even if it is before 9pm.)
What is your breakfast?
We only serve western style set(¥1,000JPY/per person).
You can choose by 4 kinds of menus.
Breakfast time is between 7am to 9:30am.
We cannot arrange special menu for vegetarians or someone who have any allergy
